TASTING NOTES: This Bordeaux style blend has traditional California components on the attack and Bordeaux elegance on the finish. The Cabernet Franc gives this wine amazing backbone, structure, and white pepper spice. The Malbec softens and rounds out the wine beautifully and the Cabernet Sauvignon adds complexity that weaves though the blend. The soft tannins are balanced out with nice texture to make this a complete wine. This wine will age for 10+ years.
